Cancellation & Refunds
At Gurukulam Music Academy, we value your trust. As our products are mainly digital content (songs, lyrics, albums), once delivered, they cannot be returned. Please read carefully:
Digital Products (Songs, Albums & Lyrics)
- All purchases of digital content are final and non-refundable.
- Refunds will not be provided if:
- You change your mind after purchase.
- You face technical issues due to poor internet or device compatibility.
Technical Issues / Failed Downloads
- If you are unable to access/download your purchased content due to a technical error on our side, we will assist you in resolving it.
- In rare cases where the issue cannot be resolved, we may provide a store credit or replacement download link.
Duplicate / Accidental Payments
- If you are charged twice for the same order, please contact us within 24 hours.
- After verification, the duplicate transaction will be refunded within 7–10 business days.
Workshops, Online Classes & Events
- Fees for events, masterclasses, or workshops are non-refundable once booked.
- If the academy cancels or reschedules an event, participants will get a full refund or option to attend the rescheduled event.
Refund Processing
- Refunds, if applicable, will always be credited to the original mode of payment only.
- Refund requests can be raised at support@gurukulammusicacademy.com.
