- All digital content is delivered instantly via email/download link after successful payment.
- If you do not receive the link within 30 minutes, please check your spam folder or contact our support team.
Physical Products (if applicable in future)
- Books, CDs, or merchandise will be dispatched within 7–10 working days.
- Delivery timelines:
- Domestic (India): 7–10 days
- International: 10–21 days
- Shipping charges (if any) will be shown at checkout.
Event Tickets / Workshop Access
- Access details (Zoom link / entry pass) will be sent via email after payment.
- Customers are responsible for ensuring they provide a valid email ID.
Failed Delivery
- For digital products: If you do not receive your download link, contact us immediately.
- For physical items: Incorrect shipping address provided by the customer will not be our responsibility.
